What is this blog for?

My dear students of evaluation, this blog is for you to write your reflective logs about the coming topics in our class. Those new topics are:

Week eleven – October 3 to 8 Assessing language skills: Assessing Reading.
Week twelve – October 1o to 15 Assessing Writing
Week thirteen – October 18 to 22 Assessing Listening
Week fourteen – October 24 – 28 Assessing Speaking

You will receive a grade for your participation in this blog.
Each time you participate you'll receive 12 points provided you accomplish the following criteria:
  • Length of the entry (between 150-200 words) 2 points
  • Punctuality (Wednesday before Thursday class) 2 points
  • Reflection upon the topic of the week (actions it deals with) 3 points
  • Pertinence of the reflection (in line with contexts and contents) 3 points
  • Accuracy of language (accademic writing mechanics and techniques) 2 points
At the end of the second term, your points will be summed up for a grade.
